Randy Couture’s Grappling Circuit

Regardless of why you train, or what you train…MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or traditional martial arts(karate, taekwondo, etc), it is very important to keep your body healthy and responsive! I know many of you may not have time to train hours and hours every week. This is a great, fast, and difficult workout to do! Start light and increase the weight slowly.

This workout is done 3x per week. Each move is done for 8 reps without dropping the bar. Once finished with the set, take a 1 minute break and do it again for 6 total rounds!

The circuit is as follows:

Bent-Over Row
Upright Row
Military Press
Goodmorning
Split Squat Left & Right (8 each side)
Squat Push Press
Stiff-Leg Deadlift
